British Ale II (A-35) is a liquid ale yeast produced by BSI. It has a high flocculation rate and an attenuation rate of 74%. It is able to tolerate medium levels of alcohol, and performs best at fermentation temperatures between 17 and 24 degrees Celsius. This yeast can be used to produce ales with a full-bodied flavor that is slightly sweet and fruity.
