The Henley on Thames Ale (A-75) from BSI is a liquid ale yeast with a medium flocculation and an attenuation of 74.0%. It has a medium alcohol tolerance and is best fermented at temperatures between 17.0-22.0°C. This yeast offers a great balance of flavour, producing smooth ales with subtle maltiness, light fruit notes and slight hints of spice. It’s perfect for producing pale ales, brown ales, porters and stouts, as well as other unique styles.
