European Ale (B44) from Bulldog is a dry and highly flocculated ale yeast with medium alcohol tolerance. It has an attenuation of 73.0%, making it ideal for producing a variety of European-style ales including lagers, pilsners, bocks and malty beers. The ideal fermentation temperature for this yeast is 15.0-21.0 °C, making it suitable for use in most home brewing environments. This yeast will produce a clean finish with little ester production and minimal unwanted flavors.
