Omega Yeast Labs' British Ale VII (OYL-014) is a high flocculating, liquid ale yeast strain. With 69.0% attenuation and 9.0% alcohol tolerance, British Ale VII is well-suited for producing traditional British ales with great balance of malt and hop character. It ferments best at temperatures between 18.0-22.0 °C, and produces robust flavors of toast, biscuit, caramel and dried fruit in the finished beer.
