The optimal fermentation temperature for this yeast strain is 17.0-24.0°C and it is well suited to brew traditional British beers such as ESB, pale ale and mild ales, as well as cask conditioned ales and porters. This yeast will produce beers with a complex, fruity aroma and a nutty malt finish that lingers on the palate.
