Crossmyloof Brew's Hell is a dry lager yeast with high flocculation and a medium alcohol tolerance. It has an attenuation of 79.0% and it ferments best between 12.0-21.0 °C, making it suitable for most warm to cool fermentation temperatures. It can be used in any beer style that requires a dry, clean profile such as Pilsners, Marzens or Vienna Lagers. This yeast will produce beers with balanced malt and hop character with hints of biscuit and toast flavors.
