East Coast Yeast's Munich Festbier (ECY15) is a liquid lager yeast that offers a high degree of attenuation (75.0%) and medium flocculation. This yeast strain is best used when fermented at temperatures between 8.0-12.0 °C and performs well in a variety of styles, from Marzen to Vienna Lagers. It imparts a subtle malt and biscuit character with very clean fermentation characteristics, making it an excellent choice for any German-style lager or hybrid beer.
