Wyeast's American Lager (2035) is a liquid lager yeast with medium flocculation and an attenuation of 75.0%. It has an alcohol tolerance of 9.0%, and works best when fermented at temperatures between 9.0-14.0 °C. This lager yeast is perfect for creating light, clean, crisp lagers such as light American lagers, pilsners, bocks, Oktoberfests, and steam beers. It produces a smooth flavor profile with subtle fruity esters and low diacetyl production. It also has a very neutral finish to let the malt shine through in your finished beer.
