Crossmyloof Brew's Four is a dry ale yeast with medium flocculation and attenuation of 73.5%. It has a medium alcohol tolerance, making it suitable for a wide range of beer styles and fermentation temperatures between 15.0-22.0°C. This yeast can produce complex aromas and flavours, including subtle fruit notes. It is an excellent choice for making pale ales, IPAs and other hoppy styles of beer.
