Flagship (A07) is a liquid ale yeast from Imperial Yeast. Its attenuation is 73.0%, and its flocculation is medium-low. The ideal fermentation temperature for this yeast is 16.0-22.0 °C, making it suitable for a wide range of styles including pale ales, IPAs, stouts, kolsches, Belgian ales, and more. The flavor profile of this yeast is complex and fruity with notes of tropical fruit, apples, pears, bubblegum, clove spices and subtle banana esters. It also produces some light alcohol esters in higher gravity beers that can add depth and complexity to the finished product.
