It exhibits high attenuation (74.0%), flocculation, and alcohol tolerance which makes it ideal for a number of different beer styles. The ideal fermentation temperature of this yeast strain is between 18.0-24.0 °C, and it produces complex flavors with notes of clove and bubblegum as well as fruity esters. This yeast strain can also be used to produce speciality ales such as Belgian Dubbels and Tripels for an even more unique flavor experience.
