The Yeast Bay's Saison Blend II (WLP4021) is a liquid ale yeast that features high attenuation and medium flocculation. It has a medium alcohol tolerance and is best used when fermented at temperatures ranging from 20.0-27.0 °C. This liquid ale yeast is well suited for producing crisp, dry saisons, as well as other Belgian style ales with complex flavors and aromas. It can also be used to produce more traditional English styles such as pale ales, bitters, and milds.
