The Premier Blanc (UCD595) of Red Star is a dry wine and cider yeast that has low flocculation. It is highly alcohol tolerant with an ideal fermentation temperature between 15.0-30.0 °C, making it very versatile and suitable for a variety of fermentations. This makes it perfect for use in both red and white wines as well as ciders, giving lots of different possibilities to explore aromas, flavours, and textures.
