The Bell (A62) strain of Imperial Yeast is a liquid ale yeast with medium flocculation, medium alcohol tolerance and an ideal fermentation temperature range of 18.0-22.0 °C. It is known for its high attenuation rate of 79.0%, making it an excellent choice for producing dry styles such as IPA's, Belgian ales, and American pale ales. This strain also produces subtle esters that can enhance the flavor profile of your beer without adding too much complexity.
