Julius (A34) is a liquid ale yeast from Imperial Yeast. It has a high flocculation and an attenuation rate of 75.0%. It is capable of fermenting up to 12% ABV and has a recommended fermentation temperature range of 18.0-20.0°C. Julius (A34) produces a clean, crisp flavor with subtle fruit esters that makes it perfect for making traditional British ales, American Pale Ales, IPAs and Hefeweizens.
